- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of electricians and technicians.
- Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical supervision or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and safety regulations.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in electrical work and safety are a plus.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various job sites as needed.

Responsibilities:- Supervise the project schedule tracking, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
- Coordinate the activities of the assigned work team as Foreman, Journeyman, and Apprentice to facilitate project progress.
- Monitor project progress and provide periodic, real-time updates to the Electrical Project Manager highlighting any potential risks or deviations from the plan.
- Perform quality controls to ensure that project deliverables meet specific standards and client requirements.
- Monitor and control the compliance of the staff's work schedules.
- Supervise the execution times and the quality of the work performed.
- Deliver progress reports of the work.
- Ensure the continuous use of personal protective equipment by your work team.
- Authorize the entry and exit of materials to the site.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations in the development of electrical, safety, and communications installations.
